Of all of Bremont's extraordinary commemorative limited editions, the P-51 has to be one of the most special – certainly among the most highly sought by collectors. The watch celebrates the career of the legendary American P-51 Mustang fighter planes that played a key role in WWII and the Korean War. With a design inspired by the aircraft's clocks, the watch incorporates aluminium pieces from original Mustangs in both the dial and movement, which are assembled in Bremont's Henley-on-Thames atelier. The marvellous propeller visible through the caseback bears the inscription “fragile but agile”, a reference to the P-51's nickname. As the brand puts it: “The signature Bremont hardened case and sapphire ensure the term doesn't apply to the watch itself.” This Bremont Mustang P-51 has a Black Quarter Arabic dial and a Leather strap.
