This limited edition collaboration watch celebrates the 45th anniversary of the iconic Honda Motocompo - the 49cc ultra-compact folding scooter from 1981-1985. The Motocompo was the world's first to combine an automobile with an auto-bike and was designed to be compact enough to fit in a car trunk.In a 36mm Seiko 5 Field series design, this timepiece is bright yellow with bold black lines, like the original Motocompo scooter. With the Honda logo at 9 o'clock, the 'AUTOMATIC' text is printed in the same Honda font. The indices are each coated in Lumibrite for visibility in poor light. The caseback has a layer of red paint, as a homage to the red accents of the Motocompo scooter, and features a limited edition engraving. The nylon strap is inspired by the 'carrying point' of the Motocompo, the component used to secure the Motocompo to the boot of the Honda City car.
